Amanda Kozakevich

Personal Trainer - Nutrition Specialist 

Amanda has also became a certified life coach through the Coaches Federation. She works with clients to help them reach their short and long term goals. She believes that goal setting is important and encourages her clients to strive towards their dreams and aspirations. She believes helping clients understand why their goals are important will help motivate them towards positive lifestyle changes.

Amanda has also completed Nutrition Specialist certification, CPR and Firsakevicht Aid. She is currently studying Nutrition and Sports and believes that a proper balanced diet is essential in order to reach and attain fitness goals. Her beliefs are in health and wellness and lives by what she teaches.

Amanda enjoys to challenge herself in many different marathons and activities. She helps to motivate and organize group activities for those who enjoys extra challenges.
Amanda is also currently studying a yoga instructors course. In the spring of 2016 after receiving her certificate as a yoga instructor Amanda is looking forward to teaching group yoga, as well as, one on one yoga lessons.
